Our box-office page appears in a separate, pop-up window. If your browser (e.g. Internet Explorer, Firefox, Safari, Opera...) is set to block pop-up windows, it will not allow the box-office page to be displayed.

Solution: you can set your browser, (temporarily if you prefer) to allow pop-up windows.

Depending on your browser/version you will be able to change these settings in your browser Preferences or Options or Internet Options sub-menu. Also, third party toolbars (e.g. Google or Yahoo toolbar or others)  may affect whether pop-up windows are allowed to be displayed. If you are running a third party toolbar within your browser, please check these settings also.

Our box-office pages use cookies. Since the ticket-buying process is spread over five pages, we use a "session-cookie" (a simple text file) to keep all of your information together. This cookie is deleted immediately you complete the purchase or when you close the browser window at any time even if you don't complete a purchase. If your browser is set to "not accept cookies" you will not be able to access the box-office to purchase tickets.
