Stallholder Applications for the 2024 Festival are now closed!

See you next year.

What you need to know about being a stallholder at the Blue Mountains Music Festival:

The Festival markets are a Katoomba Public School P&C initiative. The market is coordinated and run by volunteers and stall proceeds go to the students of Katoomba Public School.

We curate an offering of both food and general market stalls for our festival goers. Applications for the festival will open later in 2023, but here are a few things to consider if you’re thinking of applying:

Trading hours are:
Friday night 6pm to late
Saturday 9:30am to late
Sunday 9:30am to 6pm

  • Stallholders are required to be waste-wise and all food stalls MUST serve food using only 100% compostable bamboo and paper.

  • You will need a current public liability insurance certificate.

  • To keep your products safe, you’ll need to secure or remove your stock overnight, as BMMF security crew can’t take responsibility for stall inventory overnight.

  • Cancellation of the Market stalls may be necessary if extreme weather conditions are predicted. If the BMMF stall team decides to cancel market stalls, your stall fee will be fully refunded.

  • Most importantly have fun and enjoy the thousands of festival attendees hungry for delicious food and interesting wares!
